Booking and deposit
A charter is held only after written confirmation and the stated deposit is received. The booking confirmation identifies the yacht, date, departure point, guest limit, inclusions, and final balance due date.

Cancellation and weather
Cancellation timing and any retained amounts follow the signed booking confirmation. The captain may delay, alter, or cancel a route for weather, sea state, harbor restrictions, or safety, with the available remedy stated in that confirmation.

Final balance and onboard conduct
The final balance is due on the date shown in the booking confirmation. Guests must follow crew safety instructions, remain within the confirmed guest limit, and disclose relevant accessibility or medical needs before departure.
